A drawing helps, but you don't need one. A sample, or a clear photo with a few measurements, tells us almost everything. Tell us the quantity and we quote for that volume. Smaller orders are welcome too: ask us and we will do our best.
Send the part
Lay it flat on a plain surface with a ruler beside it. Take one photo from above and one from the side. Or send a sample or a drawing.
Measure it
In millimetres: the inside, the outside and the thickness. For a gasket, also the bolt holes and the distance across them.
Tell us the order
What it is for, the quantity per order and per year, and when you need the first delivery.

- Your company Name, country and how to reach you.
- The part What it is: pipe seal, flange gasket, O-ring, profile, moulded part.
- The sizes Inside (ID), outside (OD) and thickness (T) in mm. For gaskets, the bolt holes and PCD.
- What it is for Water, oil, air, heat or chemicals, and the working temperature and pressure if known.
- Quantity per order How many you buy at a time.
- Yearly volume An estimate is fine.
- First delivery When you need the first parts.
- A photo or drawing The part next to a ruler, or your drawing.

Before you ask
Do I need a technical drawing to get a quote?
No. A sample, or a clear photo with a ruler beside it and the inside, outside and thickness in millimetres, is enough to start. A drawing helps if you have one.
Can you make a rubber part in my exact size?
Yes. Every part is made to your size, in moulds we design and CNC-machine in house, so a new size does not wait on an outside toolmaker.
Do you supply in bulk?
Yes. We supply development batches, regular production runs and long-term supply. Tell us the quantity per order and the yearly volume, and we quote for that volume.
Do you take smaller orders?
Yes. Bulk is our main business, but smaller quantities are always open to discussion. Tell us what you need and we will do our best to meet it, even if that is only a few units.
Can you make parts under our own brand?
Yes. OEM and private-label parts are made to your drawings, specifications, samples and approvals, under your brand if you wish.
Which rubber will my part be made in?
The right rubber for the job. Tell us what the part has to do, for example seal water, oil, air, heat or chemicals, and we will advise on the material.
Where are Sweepro Tech parts made?
Every part is made by Sweepro Manufacturing in Sri Lanka. Sweepro is a family-owned and family-run business rooted in natural rubber.
What do you need to quote a gasket?
The flange standard and size, or the inside and outside diameters; the bolt holes (number, size and pitch-circle diameter); the thickness and what it seals; and the working temperature and pressure if known.
